    • Bragg’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (Use only 100% Raw apple cider vinergar)
    • Aztec Indian Healing Clay
    • Non-metal mixing bowl
    • Non-metal measuring spoon – 1 tbsp


    • Wash your face using a gentle facial cleanser and pat dry.
    • Prepare equal parts of apple cider vinegar (1 tbsp) and Aztec Indian Healing Clay (1 tsbp) in the bowl and stir the mixture until clumps disappear resembling a smooth paste or mousse. Bubbles may form when mixing.
    • Apply the clay mask all over your face in thick amount (around 3 – 4 mm thick) for best result.
    • Drying times may vary. For normal skin, let it dry for 30 to 45 mins, or 15 to 20 minutes for delicate skin. Feel your face pulsate. If possible, refrain from talking or laughing.
    • Remove the mask by rinsing with warm water. Some redness and dryness may feel which is normal. It will disappear after 20 to 30 minutes.
    • Moisturize your face with any of the following: Jojoba oil, tea tree oil, argan oil, virgin coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, bees wax, or any gentle facial moisturizers (less ingredients is better).
